What You’ll Be Doing (Tech Support – Affiliate & Media Buying)

● Setting up postbacks, tracking links, and campaigns for affiliates and media buyers.
● Supporting affiliate and buying teams with tracker/platform configuration.
● Troubleshooting technical issues related to tracking and integrations.
● Ensuring accurate data flow between partners, trackers, and analytics systems.
● Collaborating with developers and external platforms when needed.

What Makes You a Great Fit

● Experience with affiliate platforms and trackers (Keitaro, Voluum, RedTrack, Binom, etc.).
● Understanding of postback setup, macros, tracking parameters.
● Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
● Able to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
● Bonus: Basic knowledge of APIs and web tracking logic.
