People Partner (Partial Recruitment)

We are looking for an HR Generalist whose responsibilities will combine People Partner functions and partial recruitment โ€” including sourcing, screening, and hiring up to six vacancies per quarter.

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring up to six vacancies per quarter.
  • Support the onboarding process, including conducting welcome meetings and adaptation presentations.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions, team-building activities, and tuition reimbursement programs.
  • Maintain and regularly update the employee database in the HR system (PeopleForce).
  • Communicate timely updates and company news to teams.
  • Maintain and revise company policies and HR tools, ensuring clear communication to all employees.

     

Hard Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role within an IT company.
  • Full-cycle recruitment of both technical and non-technical positions.
  • Strong interviewing skills, including experience conducting interviews.
  • Proven experience in organizing and supporting all HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, internal communications, HR policies).
  • Proficiency in HR systems management.
  • Experience in creating motivational and personality maps for employees.
