People Partner (Partial Recruitment)
We are looking for an HR Generalist whose responsibilities will combine People Partner functions and partial recruitment โ including sourcing, screening, and hiring up to six vacancies per quarter.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring up to six vacancies per quarter.
- Support the onboarding process, including conducting welcome meetings and adaptation presentations.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, team-building activities, and tuition reimbursement programs.
- Maintain and regularly update the employee database in the HR system (PeopleForce).
- Communicate timely updates and company news to teams.
Maintain and revise company policies and HR tools, ensuring clear communication to all employees.
Hard Skills
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role within an IT company.
- Full-cycle recruitment of both technical and non-technical positions.
- Strong interviewing skills, including experience conducting interviews.
- Proven experience in organizing and supporting all HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, internal communications, HR policies).
- Proficiency in HR systems management.
Experience in creating motivational and personality maps for employees.
