π― What Youβll Do
- Create advertising creatives (banners, teasers, short videos) for Facebook and other platforms.
- Work with motion graphics β animate static visuals, add smooth transitions, and effects.
- Adapt and optimize creatives for different GEOs, formats, and audiences.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and media teams to test and improve visual performance.
π§ What Weβre Looking For
- 6+ months of experience in the gambling or betting niche.
- Strong skills in Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro (or equivalents).
- Basic understanding of conversion principles and creative testing.
- Ability to balance speed, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Reliability and respect for deadlines β no βtomorrowβ excuses.
π‘ Nice to Have
- Experience using AI tools (Runway, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, etc.).
- Knowledge of A/B testing and insight into what types of visuals perform best.
- Basic skills in storyboarding and creative concept development.
