Customer Success Manager $ Offline

For over 15 years, we've been helping global clients by providing hard-to-find technology resources in software development, QA, UI/UX, and product. Our strengths lie in custom software platforms, test automation, mobile development, and modern technologies like JavaScript (and its frameworks), Java, Python, .Net, and more.

As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team full-time. This role is key to ensuring our clients get the maximum value from our cooperation, maintaining long-term relationships, and keeping communication smooth, transparent, and effective.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain close relationships with international clients across multiple time zones.
  • Ensure clients are satisfied and get full value from the services provided by Devico teams.
  • Oversee onboarding and ongoing communication between the client and internal delivery teams.
  • Track project satisfaction, anticipate risks, and respond proactively to any issues or escalations.
    Coordinate client feedback with relevant departments (development, QA, recruitment, HR).
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to both clients and internal stakeholders.
    Identify opportunities to expand cooperation and support account growth.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or client-facing role in an IT outsourcing or outstaffing company.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle complex conversations with clarity and empathy.
    Strong organizational skills - ability to multitask and prioritize client needs.
  • Deep understanding of IT project lifecycles and team dynamics.
  • Fluent English (C1+) - both written and spoken.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and communication tools like (Jira, HubSpot, Slack, etc.)
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a focus on client success.
