Junior/Middle IT Recruiter

Hi! We’re looking for a Recruiter who will help us attract, engage, and hire the best tech talent on the market.

 

Your Mission

You’ll take full ownership of the recruitment cycle for technical, product, and creative roles.
Your goal is to ensure every hire strengthens our team’s culture, accelerates delivery, and aligns with CML’s long-term vision.

You’ll work closely with hiring managers and founders to understand business goals, translate them into hiring strategies, and deliver world-class candidate experiences.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles (Engineering, Product, Design, Marketing, and Operations).
  • Source and headhunt active and passive candidates via LinkedIn, Djinni, GitHub, ArtStation, and niche communities.
  • Build and maintain a structured pipeline of candidates for current and future needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, interview stages, and selection criteria.
  • Conduct screenings and competency-based interviews, presenting strong, well-qualified shortlists.
  • Maintain and optimize ATS data integrity and candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Collaborate on employer branding initiatives and represent CML Team at online and offline events.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source performance, conversion rates) to improve processes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment frameworks, outreach templates, and market research.

 

Who You Are

  • 1-3 years of experience in tech recruitment (agency or in-house).
  • Strong sourcing skills — you know where and how to find hidden talent.
  • Experience hiring developers, designers, product managers, and other IT professionals.
  • Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, independent, and structured in your approach — you can handle multiple priorities.
  • English - Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
  • Experience using ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and recruitment analytics.

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience hiring in startups or rapidly scaling tech environments.
  • Knowledge of Web3 / Blockchain markets.
  • Interest in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or community building.
