What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and lead a centralized Sourcing function that fuels hiring across Affiliate, Media Buying, Product, Tech, Creative, and CS/KYC/Fraud.
• Design multi‑channel pipelines: LinkedIn Recruiter, Telegram/other relevant communities, job boards, referrals, events, X‑Ray/Boolean.
• Own top‑of‑funnel metrics: response rate, qualified screens, time‑to‑slate; drive weekly reporting in PeopleForce.
• Launch and iterate outreach sequences (A/B), templates, and market maps by GEO/Tier.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to translate headcount plans into weekly sourcing sprints and capacity.
• Coach a squad of sourcers (2–6 FTE/contractors): reviews, calibrations, and playbooks.
• Safeguard brand safety & NDA handling for stealth brands; keep ads compliant and on‑brand.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• You’re fluent in English (extra languages a plus) and communicate with warmth and clarity.
• 2+ years of sourcing experience, 1+ year mentoring a team.
• Expert in Boolean/X‑Ray, talent intelligence, and structured outreach.
• Enjoy solving problems and keeping things running smoothly in a fast‑moving environment.
• Comfortable with PeopleForce (or similar ATS), spreadsheets, and dashboards.
• iGaming or performance marketing background is a bonus — we value potential too.
