Senior AI/ML Engineer

FAVBET Tech develops software that is used by millions of players around the world for the international company FAVBET Entertainment.

We’re looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer with a strong focus on deploying and maintaining machine learning models in production. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with CI/CD for ML, AWS SageMaker (or similar tools), and a solid understanding of MLOps practices and ML infrastructure. 
 

Responsibilities:

• Work on continuous product improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain advanced machine learning models.
• Enhance and optimize existing machine learning models.
• Analyze large-scale datasets to uncover actionable insights that drive business and product outcomes.
• Clearly present analytical findings and model results to business stakeholders.
   

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in designing and implementing modern ML solutions.
• Proficiency in data mining and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Python, including libraries such as scikit-learn, LightGBM, Keras/PyTorch/JAX.
• Proficiency in SQL, including writing optimized queries.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
• Experience with cloud data platforms (preferably AWS) for ML tasks (S3, Athena, RDS, Redshift, Lambda, SageMaker, ECR).
   

Would be a plus:

• Deep experience with MLOps tools and practices (e.g., SageMaker, CI/CD, MLflow, DVC).
• Experience with feature stores.
• Hands-on experience in designing, running, and interpreting A/B tests.
