Product Manager (CMS)

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the CMS domain, focusing on configuration, targeting, and front-end enablement tools for operator brands. The ideal candidate will bridge data-driven decision-makingcontent personalization, and UI configuration management ensuring our operators can deliver precise, localized, and high-performing player experiences.

You will own the CMS roadmap defining the strategy, KPIs, and feature set that enable our operators to independently configure and target dynamic content. The role requires strong analytical thinking, a user-centric mindset, and a passion for leveraging AI-assisted toolingdata insights, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize performance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Ownership & Vision

  • Define and maintain the CMS product vision and roadmap, aligned with company OKRs and operator needs.
  • Drive the evolution of NuxGame’s configuration layer: targeting, personalization, and campaign management.
  • Translate strategic business goals into measurable product outcomes, not just outputs.
     

Discovery & Delivery

  • Conduct structured discovery sessions and operator interviews to uncover needs and pain points.
  • Partner with UI/UX, Data, and Engineering teams to build efficient, data-informed configuration experiences.
  • The product manager needs to leverage AI tools, such as prompt-driven configurations and dynamic content tagging, for product discovery and market research, as well as for creating quick mockups using tools like Figma and Make Lovable.
  • Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and data requirements for REST API integrations between CMS, admin panels, and external systems.
  • Lead backlog prioritization using data impact metrics and behavioral insights.
     

Data-Driven & Experimentation

  • Define measurable KPIs (conversion lift, content performance, latency, engagement).
  • Collaborate with BI and Analytics to A/B test configuration outcomes, enabling continuous optimization cycles.
  • Apply predictive modeling and causal inference thinking to identify what truly drives player engagement.
     

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers, FE teams, and Operators to ensure CMS usability across markets.
  • Facilitate transparent communication and alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Present roadmap progress and product metrics clearly to leadership, demonstrating value and business impact.


    What we expect from you:
  • 4+ years of product management experience in SaaS, CMS, AdTech, or iGaming platforms.
  • Proven understanding of REST API architecture and experience working with API documentation and integrations.
  • Strong background in data-driven product development, analytics, and experimentation.
  • Experience with front-end configuration, localization systems, or dynamic targeting engines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills able to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, design, and operations teams.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools or prompt engineering to improve workflow or content delivery.
  • Understanding of player segmentation, campaign targeting, and multi-region personalization.

     

Will be a plus:

  • Experience in B2B iGaming platforms or multi-tenant systems.
  • Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Metabase), A/B testing frameworks, and Python/R for product analysis.
  • Technical understanding of APIs, CMS front-end architecture, and caching/CDN principles.
