Tech Lead / Senior Software Engineer / Software Architect Offline

Description:
We’re looking for an experienced Tech Lead / Senior Software Engineer / Software Architect to support our small in-house development team on a part-time, advisory basis.

We’ve built our own ERP system using:
React, Node.js, MongoDB, REST APIs, GitHub, AWS.

Your responsibilities:

• Conduct code reviews to identify mistakes and inefficiencies.
• Suggest architectural and design improvements for key features.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to our full-time junior developer.
• Help us maintain high standards in code quality, scalability, and performance.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in software development or architecture.
• Strong expertise in React, Node.js, and cloud infrastructure.
• Comfortable performing detailed code reviews and suggesting improvements.
• Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal – are essential.
• Reliable, collaborative, and able to work flexibly around our limited budget and schedule.

We are a small team with a tight budget, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys helping smaller projects grow and can provide high-impact, efficient guidance rather than full-time development work.

This role is ideal for someone offering fractional CTO consulting or occasional code review sessions at a reasonable hourly rate.
