Product Manager
We’re looking for a Product Manager who can turn ideas into impactful features, balance vision with execution, and make sure every update feels like a real upgrade. If you love solving complex product puzzles, thrive in data, and know how to align teams around a shared goal - this might be your next mission 🚀
💪 YOUR QUEST-LINE:
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog - make sure the team always knows what matters most and why;
- Shape and refine the roadmap - connect long-term vision with short-term wins that make a real impact;
- Keep strategy and execution within development team connected - so every step moves the product closer to its long-term goals;
- Translate ideas into clear product requirements - define scope, edge cases, and success criteria to guide the team toward impact;
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to create smooth, intuitive user flows and enhance overall experience;
- Dig deep into product data - track feature performance, spot weak points, optimize transaction funnels, and turn user feedback into action;
- Collaborate with analytics teams to define and monitor key product metrics and propose data-driven improvements;
- Collaborate with finance, marketing, and support to sync efforts and boost the product across all areas;
- Keep an eye on the market - research trends, competitors, and user needs to stay ahead of the game.
👨🚀 YOUR IN-GAME SKIN:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role (Product Manager, Growth Product Manager, Product Marketing Manager);
- Ability to understand technical challenges, understand limitations, evaluate trade-offs and user impact;
- Strong understanding of product metrics, data analytics, and A/B testing - data is your map, not your afterthought;
- Experience documenting product requirements and maintaining backlog that doesn’t turn into a black hole;
- Strategic mindset - you don’t just execute, you think several moves ahead;
- Proactive and detail-oriented - you notice what others miss and fix it before it breaks;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills - you speak both “dev” and “business” fluently;
- English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
🚀 WILL BE YOUR BOOST:
- Familiarity with the Steam trade system, skins market, or gaming experience (CS2, Dota2, Rust);
- Domain experience in high-load E-commerce, Fintech, or iGaming projects;
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to turn high-level visions into clear, actionable requirements;
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and what good design truly means;
- Strong passion for improving products and continuously optimizing processes.
🥷 YOUR POWER-UPS SOURCE:
- Spontaneous weekend from the CEO;
- Support for professional development, including events (we went on a MAJOR trip to Copenhagen, for example), certifications, and educational materials;
- Start working at a time that’s comfortable for you;
- People Partner who will always support you in word and deed;
- Anniversary and performance bonuses;
- Input on project direction in a bureaucracy-free environment;
- Regular performance reviews and personal feedback sessions;
- 20 paid vacation days and 7 sick leave days;
- Assisting with the accounting and tax management for individual entrepreneurs;
- English language and Well-being benefit — so that you can improve your mental health the way you want;
- No time tracking;
- We purchase CHARGING STATIONS for our spacers;
- We help Ukraine: every month the company supports AFU and transfers donations for ammunition and supplies.
Send them as soon as possible! 🚀
