Job Summary
As our Performance Marketing Manager, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of all paid user acquisition campaigns across digital channels. You’ll work closely with creative, data, and product teams to grow high-value traffic, improve ROI, and identify new scalable acquisition opportunities for our Skin Gambling and Casino verticals. You’ll play a key role in building the marketing engine from the ground up - including analytics setup, media mix design, funnel optimization, and testing frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing and user acquisition (agency or product side) within iGaming, gambling, or esports/gaming industries.
- Previous experience in performance marketing within the CS2 Skin Gambling domain is a must.
- Familiarity with the core performance marketing ecosystem, including PPC advertising, affiliate marketing, social media advertising, SEM, and native advertising, as key channels for traffic acquisition and optimization.
- Experience managing multiple channels and building full-funnel lead generation systems.
- Proven track record of managing high-volume ad spend with measurable ROI.
- Deep understanding of CPI, CPA, ROAS, and LTV metrics.
- Hands-on experience with campaign management tools and tracking platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Voluum, Binom, RedTrack, etc.).
- Proficiency with data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Mixpanel, etc.).
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing and influencer acquisition strategies.
- Strong creative sense - ability to brief, test, and scale ad creatives that convert.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative strategies to attract new users.
- Understanding of compliance and responsible gambling marketing guidelines.
- Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian and proficiency in English for collaboration in a remote/global team setting. Additional languages like Spanish, Portuguese, or French are a big plus.
- Ability to work within the CET/EET time zone.

- Hands-on experience with AI-powered ad optimization tools or willingness to actively implement AI in lead acquisition processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize a full range of performance marketing channels, including Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, affiliate marketing, social media advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), and native advertising, to drive scalable and measurable growth.
- Plan, launch, and optimize performance campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Twitter/X, programmatic networks, and affiliate platforms for maximum conversion and cost efficiency.
- Manage user acquisition and retention funnels for both B2C verticals: skin gambling and online casino.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to ensure efficient spend and maximize ROI.
- Develop and execute A/B testing frameworks to continuously improve creatives, landing pages, and conversion flows.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives tailored for each channel.
- Identify and onboard new affiliate and influencer partners to expand the user acquisition ecosystem.
- Maintain detailed reporting on performance KPIs, user LTV, CAC, retention, and other growth metrics.
- Allocate and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring maximum return and scalability.
- Work closely with compliance teams to ensure ad content meets regional and platform-specific policies.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging marketing technologies relevant to gambling and gaming.
