Junior Marketing Specialist to $900

We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to support our ongoing marketing activities — from research and content preparation to campaign coordination and performance tracking. You’ll help execute marketing initiatives, maintain structured processes, and contribute to building our brand presence among AI-focused B2B companies.
We are looking for our future team member in Lviv, as we have meetings at a coworking space. We also regularly organize online and offline meetings with the entire team to keep in touch, even during remote work.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct research on target companies, founders, and market trends.
- Assist in preparing and publishing marketing content, including blog posts, case studies, and LinkedIn updates.
- Support outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
- Maintain and update marketing databases, track campaign performance, and ensure data accuracy.
- Help coordinate marketing tasks, timelines, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor competitors, industry news, and AI-related developments to support positioning and messaging.
What We’re Looking For:
- 6+ months of experience in marketing or lead generation, preferably in an IT or B2B company.
- Understanding of how service-based companies operate and attract clients.
- Basic knowledge of content creation, outreach, or CRM tools will be an advantage.
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset — comfortable working with data, tools, and structured workflows.
- Proactive attitude and curiosity about AI and B2B technology.
- Upper-Intermediate level of English (B2+).
Nice to Have:
- Degree or completed courses in Marketing, IT, Business, or related fields.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or Notion.
- Experience assisting with content creation or managing social media for tech companies.
