Senior Project Manager (Sportsbook)

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team! 

Requirements: 
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT outsourcing or product companies (2 of them as a Senior PM).
- Proven track record of successfully delivering at least one project from initiation to closure.
- Solid experience in project estimation, planning, and closure/transition.
- Strong experience in RAID and stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Experience with Atlassian products (Jira/Confluence).
- Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2 level).

Will be plus: 
Professional Certifications (in priority order): PMP, PMI-ACP, CAMP, or others. 

Responsibilities: 
- Take full accountability for planning and delivering multiple initiatives across two delivery teams.

- Drive projects through all lifecycle phases: scoping, requirements gathering, estimation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

- Build and maintain integrated project roadmaps reflecting team capacity, dependencies, milestones, and business priorities.

- Actively manage delivery progress and adjust plans to maintain momentum and mitigate risk.

- Serve as the primary communication bridge between delivery teams and business stakeholders.

- Ensure transparent and proactive reporting on progress, risks, and changes through structured updates.

- Lead and support delivery teams to perform effectively, fostering clarity, collaboration, and ownership.

- Resolve delivery bottlenecks and provide strategic guidance aligned with business objectives.

- Identify and manage cross-team and external dependencies, assumptions, risks, and issues.

- Maintain forward-looking mitigation and resolution plans.

- Monitor delivery health, team capacity, and resource allocation to optimize throughput.

- Organize and facilitate planning sessions, stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.

- Escalate risks and blockers early with context and recommended actions.
- Maintain accurate and consistent project documentation, decision logs, and reports per agreed standards.

- Contribute to PMO practices that improve visibility, scalability, and team engagement.
