Position Overview
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team. The role involves leading projects through the Discovery phase and beyond — ensuring smooth collaboration between clients and internal teams (design, development, QA, and business analysis).

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and skilled in managing both people and processes. You’ll play a key role in setting priorities, controlling timelines and budgets, and maintaining client satisfaction throughout the entire delivery cycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle: from Discovery and planning to implementation and delivery
• Facilitate daily communication with clients (mainly from Japan, Israel, the US, and Europe)
• Coordinate cross-functional teams: design, engineering, QA, BA
• Create and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates
• Prepare regular reports for key stakeholders, summarizing progress, risks, and next steps
• Identify risks and dependencies, propose mitigation plans
• Ensure deliverables meet agreed scope, quality, and deadlines
• Support estimation and proposal stages together with the business team

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT project management
• Strong understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (B2+ level)
• Experience working with international clients
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven mindset
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, or similar

Nice to Have

• Experience running Discovery phases
• Background in business analysis or product management
• Understanding of UI/UX processes
• Familiarity with AI-related or data-driven projects
