Business Analyst

Your Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document product requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation (functional and non-functional requirements, use cases, process diagrams, prototypes, etc.).
• Create and describe tasks for the development team (user stories, acceptance criteria).
• Describe and optimize existing and new business processes, including those in e-commerce.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, product owners, developers, and QA teams.
• Participate in release planning and feature prioritization.

Requirements

• At least 2 year of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
• Proven experience in e-commerce or FinTech projects.
• Strong skills in technical documentation and business process modeling.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to structure, analyze, and interpret business and technical data.
• English — sufficient for reading and understanding technical documentation.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.
