Affiliate Recruiter / Talent Sourcer

About the Company:
We are a performance marketing team that launches and scales offers in the Nutra, Leadgen, Insurance, Finance, and Dating verticals. We work with traffic from Meta, Google, TikTok, and Native. We scale profitable bundles, develop our own offers, and build a strong team of specialists.

📍 Location: Warsaw, Poland (office)

Requirements:
- Recruiting has 1+ advantages (affiliate/performance / digital marketing - will be a great plus!).
- Understanding the specifics of media buying.
- Smartly find talent through Telegram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Discord, forums, and private chats.

Responsibilities:
- Search, evaluate, and attract media buyers, arbitration teams, creatives, account managers, and analysts.
- Conduct a full recruiting cycle (sourcing → screening → interview → onboarding).
- Development of a referral recruiting system.
- Participation in the development of HR branding teams.
- Continuous support for the market of affiliate teams, new agencies, and case study teams.
