We are building an AI-powered platform that helps law firms and legal professionals work more efficiently, securely, and at scale. Our mission is to simplify legal workflows using cutting-edge AI, automation, and cloud technologies.

We are now looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Azure Cloud to join our engineering team. You will play a key role in designing, improving, and automating our infrastructure to support a highly secure and scalable AI-driven platform.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Enhance and automate existing Azure-based infrastructure with scalability, reliability, and security in mind.
  • Set up and manage Kubernetes clusters for high availability and performance workloads.
  • Design, implement, and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for build, test, and deployment automation.
  • Manage and optimize integrations with Datastax Astra DB.
  • Oversee Entra ID (Azure AD): user lifecycle management, application integrations, and enterprise application security.
  • Ensure all infrastructure is defined and maintained via Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Bicep.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and AI specialists to support new product features and deployments.
  • Proactively monitor system health, performance, and cost optimization in Azure.

 

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years of hands-on DevOps/SRE experience, with at least 3+ years in Azure Cloud environments.
  • Proven track record of setting up and maintaining Kubernetes (AKS) clusters.
  • Deep knowledge of Azure App Services, Entra ID, Networking, and Security.
  • Strong experience with CI/CD automation using GitHub Actions.
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Bicep.
  • Solid understanding of cloud security best practices and identity management.

 

Should-Have / Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with managing and integrating databases in cloud platforms, ideally but not necessary Datastax Astra DB.
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
  • Knowledge of container security and zero-trust architecture.
  • Experience working in startups or fast-growing tech environments.
