FullStack (React.js - 70%, Python - 30%) product company Offline

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to work on a platform that instantly assesses building feasibility for a specific address and helps contractors quickly check zoning and qualify lots based on pre-feasibility reports.
The team consists of 5–6 geographically distributed developers.

Key Responsibilities

- ~70% Frontend (React.js, Next.js with SSR): develop and maintain user interfaces, work with SSR/routing and integrations, and optimize performance.

- ~30% Backend (Python, FastAPI): develop and maintain REST endpoints, integrate with PostgreSQL, and work with data for reports (zoning, restrictions, etc.).

- Collaborate within a distributed team, participate in code reviews, and communicate daily in English (both spoken and written).

Minimum Requirements

- 5+ years of commercial experience in web development.

- Proven experience with React.js and Next.js (including SSR).

- Strong background in Python and FastAPI.

- Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).

- Experience with Git and modern development workflows.

Bonus Skills

- Experience with Mapbox or other geospatial data tools.

- Knowledge of AWS, Docker, or CI/CD.

Team & Communication

- A small, globally distributed team of 5–6 engineers.

- English — strong spoken and written communication skills.
