CRM Campaign Specialist (iGaming)
We are looking for a CRM Campaign Specialist to take ownership of player retention tools and communications in a fast-growing iGaming environment. This role is hands-on and strategic — you’ll manage push notifications, in-app communications, Missions, Bonus Shop, and more — ensuring that our players stay engaged and motivated throughout their lifecycle.
This is an opportunity to directly shape how players interact with our platform and to drive measurable impact on retention and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Push Notifications (OneSignal)
- Run push campaigns with segmentation and A/B testing.
Notification Center (Internal CMS)
- Manage and optimize in-app notifications.
Retention Tools (Missions & Bonus Shop)
- Oversee updates and ensure player appeal.
SMS Campaigns (Potential Scope)
- Launch and track SMS campaigns.
Analysis & Optimisation
- Report results and improve campaigns with data.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in CRM/retention roles, preferably in iGaming/casino.
- Strong analytical and technical mindset — comfortable working with campaign tools, troubleshooting, and analyzing performance data.
- Creative writing ability for clear, impactful, and engaging player communication.
- Hands-on experience with push/SMS platforms and retention tools.
- Excellent attention to detail in setup, QA, and monitoring.
- Advanced English for clear communication with global teams.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Marketing.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple priorities.
As a plus:
- Experience with gamification tools, loyalty shops, or player missions.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and optimization frameworks.
