PR/Marketing
We are looking for an PR/Marketing Manager for a programmatic advertising company that specializes in the global digital advertising supply chain. The company empowers the world’s leading digital content creators across the open internet to enhance monetization opportunities by enabling them to achieve optimal return on investment and reach addressable audiences across various ad formats.
Project - inhouse AdExchange and SSP platforms (white label solution for LATAM, Tier 1 market)
Company team - up to 30 ppl - English/Spanish speakers
Location/Office - Spain, Madrid or remote from any country

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience with a primary focus on PR in IT product (B2B).
- Experience with company branding campaigns and strategies.
- Experience in personal brand promotion of C-Level management via LinkedIn, expert content creation, and thought leadership development.
- Familiarity with PR/marketing tools (e.g. AdMonsters, Digiday, etc.).
- Proven experience with support of participating in events (both offline and online)
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, blogging, and media pitching.
- Attention to detail, proactive communication, and ability to give constructive feedback (esp. to design team).
- Strong self-organizational and multitasking skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to learn new tools/approaches.
- Strong portfolio of published articles, blog posts, or media content.
- Native-level Spanish and fluent English (spoken & written).
Will be a plus:
- Experience in AdTech / MarTech industry.
- Experience in podcast pitching.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze the current marketing PR activities and channels and research new ones.
- Develop, manage and execute PR and marketing strategies and activities for the Spanish and global AdTech market.
- Create, manage and control content plan across LinkedIn, company blog, social media and industry publications.
- Organize and plan events (offline and online), ensuring alignment with PR and marketing goals, deliver post-event coverage.
- Research and build relationships with media, podcasts, and event organizers (Programmatica Spain, Adweek, IAB Europe, etc.).
- Support corporate brand visibility.
- Assist C-level in building and promoting their personal brands through LinkedIn, expert content, and thought leadership.
- Be responsible for publishing articles, blog posts, press releases in Spanish and English.
- Track trends, suggest new formats and channels to increase brand awareness.
