Project Manager

We’re Diversido, a full-stack software development studio focused on digital health and education. We partner with startups across HealthTech, EdTech, and IoT, helping them launch and grow with tech that’s solid, smart, and scalable. We’re profitable, flexible, and business-oriented. Communication is our thing.

Now we’re looking for a Project Manager to take ownership of our projects. It’s a remote role, part of our small, senior team where you’ll be able to grow and develop your project management skills.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and manage project sprints, ensuring clear prioritization and delivery.
• Oversee day-to-day task management and allocate resources effectively.
• Set realistic deadlines, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Coordinate and collaborate with project teams to achieve objectives.
• Estimate development time and manage workload distribution accurately.
• Establish, maintain, and optimize project management tools and workflows.
• Communicate proactively with clients, providing regular updates, reports, and planning insights.
• Prepare and deliver project reporting for both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Attend project management meetings, sharing knowledge and best practices with peers.
• Manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

Must-have skills & experience:

• 1+ years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Project Management education.
• Upper-Intermediate English.
• Strong task prioritization and documentation skills (requirements, estimates).
• Understanding of full web & mobile development cycle.
• Clear, structured communication and problem ownership.
• Empathy, critical thinking, and a positive, responsible attitude.

Nice-to-have (bonus) skills:

• Experience with prototyping or testing.
• Higher education in a technical field.
• QA or tech background.
