We are looking for Data Analysts (Senior/Middle level)ย 


Requirements

  • Master's degree in the Technical, Math, or Economics sphere
  • 2โ€“4 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in digital advertising, performance marketing, or affiliate marketing
  • Prior experience in media buying platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, NewsBreak, SnapChat etc.) is a strong plus
  • Exposure to affiliate networks and understanding of CPA, CPL, and RevShare models is a strong plus
  • English proficiency: C1 Advanced
  • Expert level in SQL for data extraction, combination, and update
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (preferably Google Data Studio/Looker; also Power BI, Tableau)
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Understanding of tracking systems (Voluum, RedTrack, AppsFlyer, etc.) is a strong plus
  • Experience with data insights research using AI/LLMs is a strong plus


Responsibilities
  • Collect, process, and analyze performance data from media buying campaigns and affiliate networks
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization
  • Prepare clear dashboards and actionable reports for management
  • Spot underperforming campaigns and recommend data-driven adjustments
  • Propose scaling strategies for high-performing traffic sources
  • Monitor affiliate network performance across multiple platforms
  • Support negotiations with advertisers by providing data-backed insights
  • Work closely with media buyers and affiliate managers to translate analytics into actions
  • Suggest A/B and multivariate tests for creatives, placements, and targeting
  • Ensure accurate campaign tracking and data quality


Will be a plus:
  • Experience managing teams of 3 or more people.
  • Experience in affiliate marketing.
