Financial Analyst to $2500

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to help us gain deeper insights into our business performance, optimize financial processes, and support the company’s strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial planning and budgeting (development, control, performance analysis);
• Analysis of financial statements, business metrics, revenues, and expenses;
• Evaluation of profitability by offices, services, clients, and business lines;
• Preparation of Cash Flow, P&L, and Balance Sheet reports;
• Participation in strategic planning and forecasting;
• Analysis of investment projects and ROI;
• Control of payment discipline and optimization of financial processes.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics;
• At least 2 years of experience as a Financial Analyst;
• Strong knowledge of 1C (version 8.2);
• Deep understanding of the chart of accounts and double-entry principles;
• Solid knowledge of P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet structures;
• Experience in setting technical tasks for reporting automation;
• Proficiency in Ukrainian; working knowledge of English.

Personal Qualities:

• High level of organization, responsibility, and attention to detail;
• Strong analytical thinking and a systematic approach;
• Initiative and willingness to propose improvements.

Would be a plus:

• Certifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or CFA.
