Infrastructure Lead

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Lead to take ownership of our IT operations and internal systems. You’ll shape and continuously improve IT processes, ensure stability and scalability of our infrastructure, and lead a talented team that keeps everything running smoothly.

• Own and continuously improve the IT Service Management (ITSM) process.

• Manage and optimize the IT operations budget.

• Define, track, and enhance operational KPIs and SLAs.

• Oversee IT asset management and vendor relationships.

• Ensure availability, performance, and scalability of internal infrastructure — including monitoring and networking.

• Improve and maintain backup, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity (BCP) strategies.

• Lead HelpDesk operations and ensure excellent internal support.

• Collaborate with the Security Team to enforce and evolve security policies and practices.

• Manage cloud environments and SaaS services (AWS, GCP, Azure, and beyond).

It’s a match if you have:

• 5+ years in IT operations and infrastructure management

• 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role

• Proven experience with ITSM frameworks (ITIL)

Technical Competence in:

• ITSM: Jira Service Management

• Cloud: AWS, GCP, Azure

• Monitoring: Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, Zabbix

• Automation: Ansible, Terraform, Python, Bash

• Networking: VPN, Firewalls, Load Balancers

• Security: IAM, SSO, ISO27001, Secret management

• Collaboration: Atlassian, Slack, Google Workspace

• Strong leadership and cross-functional communication

• Analytical mindset and process optimization skills

• Budget management and vendor coordination

• Incident ownership and calm crisis management
