CLUST

Localization Manager

CLUST is a venture builder where successful businesses grow.

Young entrepreneurs launch and scale projects within our ecosystem, and specialised professionals realise their professional potential. We aim to work with talented entrepreneurs to learn and turn great ideas into profitable businesses.

We’re launching a new startup in the Health & Fitness niche and assembling a strong team to drive our next growth stage. And now we’re looking for a Localization Manager (part-time 👀) — someone who will take full ownership of our localization process from translation to final delivery, and build a scalable workflow that keeps quality, speed, and cost in balance.

What to expect:

– A meaningful product that helps millions of users feel better, move more, and live healthier lives — across multiple languages and cultures
– A high-impact role where your localization systems directly shape how users experience our product globally
– AI-powered, tech-driven workflows that merge automation with human quality
– A B2C subscription product with strong growth and international expansion ahead
– Focus on Tier-1 markets and high-quality user experience at scale
– Startup spirit — flat structure, transparency, and full ownership of your domain
– Supportive leadership that values clarity, autonomy, and innovation
– A chance to build the localization foundation from the ground up and see your work impact every aspect of content delivery

What you will do:

▪️ Localization Coordination

  • Gather materials and manage translation using AI-assisted workflows
  • Deliver files to proofreaders, track deadlines, and oversee all language batches
  • Review final files before handoff to product marketing, QA, or design teams

▪️ Quality & Consistency

  • Implement automated checks for length limits (+5% for audio, +30% for design)
  • Build and maintain a clear QA framework for translation review
  • Prepare “change reports” and continuously refine translation prompts
  • Check translated content in context (e.g., in design) and report issues

▪️ Automation & Crowdin Management

  • Manage Crowdin spaces, accesses, and automations
  • Set up translation memories and automatic checks
  • Improve workflow automation, version control, and performance tracking

▪️ Proofreader Management

  • Build and maintain a pool of trusted freelance proofreaders (2–3 per language)
  • Handle contracts, invoices, and communication with legal and finance
  • Ensure consistency with localization rules and length limits

▪️ Communication & Reporting

  • Prepare change reports and post-batch summaries for internal teams
  • Collect and integrate internal feedback into workflows
  • Keep localization guidelines and kits up to date

▪️AI Translation & Optimization

  • Manage and automate AI translation processes
  • Continuously improve AI translation quality via prompt optimization

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience managing localization or translation projects across multiple languages
  • Strong understanding of localization platforms (Crowdin, Lokalise, Smartling, etc.)
  • Solid grasp of translation workflows and AI/MT post-editing
  • Excellent project management and prioritization skills — able to deliver independently
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and ownership-driven
  • Clear communicator who keeps stakeholders aligned
  • English proficiency: C1 or higher

Will be a huge plus:

  • Experience in app localization or digital product content
  • Automation mindset — ability to set up trackers, formulas, or checks
  • Understanding of UX or design localization (layout fit, content limits, etc.)
  • Ability to analyze localization metrics and optimize for quality

What we offer:

  • Flexible part-time, fully remote setup — work from anywhere
  • A data-first culture with smart, open-minded colleagues
  • Transparent processes, no bureaucracy, and trust-based collaboration
  • A meaningful product that makes a real impact on people’s health and well-being
  • Benefits package covering well-being, learning, and personal growth

Work format & schedule:

  • Part-time (≈20 hours per week), distributed flexibly throughout the week to achieve the fastest delivery
  • Schedule: Flexible, but availability and responsiveness are required during 12:00–16:00 Kyiv time for sync and communication with the internal team
  • Format: Remote, async-friendly, with short weekly check-ins

We’re not just building a team — we’re bringing together people who are driven to turn big ideas into real, market-shaping products.

If you're excited by that kind of challenge and want to contribute to innovative products using cutting-edge technologies — send over your CV!
