We’re seeking a proactive and creative Motion Designer to join Promova's team. The main goal of this role is to create high-impact, emotionally engaging video ads that capture attention, drive conversions, and contribute directly to business growth.

 

About You:

  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a marketing or tech company.
  • Confident proficiency in Adobe After Effects
  • Understanding of animation, composition, rhythm, and dynamics principles
  • Basic proficiency in Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / Premiere Pro / Figma
  • Fluent use of GPT / Midjourney / Google research
  • Basic understanding of Paid Social principles (Meta Ads)
  • Ability to work within and adapt to Brand Guidelines
  • English - Intermediate +.
     

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of basic sound design or experience working with audio in After Effects.

     

Your Areas of Impact:

  • Create engaging and high-performing video ads for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube based on briefs that drive attention, conversions, and results.
  • Participate in A/B testing of creatives — analyze results, optimize videos, and understand metrics like CTR and CPA.
  • Develop and implement creative concepts that resonate with the target audience and maintain brand consistency, adapting guidelines for performance when needed.
  • Collaborate with creative marketing specialists, explore and integrate AI tools into workflows, and manage related initiatives.
