Motion Designer / Creative Video Producer

 

Goal of the Role:

  • Increase the volume of testable ad creatives for media buying
  • Boost CTR and engagement through high-quality visual execution
  • Identify and scale strong-performing creatives — directly impacting company profit
  • Automate and streamline production using templates and efficient workflows
  • Collaborate closely with R&D and Media Buyers to test new creative hypotheses quickly

⚙️ Key Responsibilities

  • Produce video creatives for Facebook, UGC, PWA, Apps, Gambling, and other verticals
  • Adapt creatives for different GEOs, languages, and formats (stories, feeds, installs, etc.)
  • Work with templates, pseudo-UGC, real faces, and stock/archival footage
  • Quickly assemble MVP creatives based on hypotheses from R&D and Head of Creatives
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and generate new visual concepts and creative approaches
  • Collaborate with designers, researchers, and tech integrators to optimize production

🧠 Requirements

  • Confident proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop (basic Illustrator a plus)
  • Strong sense of composition, typography, storytelling, and color grading
  • At least 1 year of experience in animated advertising for digital / performance / info / affiliate projects
  • Understanding of attention-grabbing principles in advertising
  • Ability to work fast, efficiently, and without “creative suffering” — results matter most

💡 Nice to Have

  • English proficiency
  • Understanding of marketing metrics (CTR, CR, CPI, etc.)
  • Experience with 3D or AI-based tools
