As our Affiliate Manager, you’ll lead creator partnerships across multiple brands on TikTok Shop, identifying the right creators, bringing them on board, and turning their content into real sales. 💸
 

What You’ll Do:

• 🚀 Recruit & Onboard TikTok Creators & Affiliates: Find the perfect influencers and onboard them to build authentic partnerships.
• 📅 Manage Daily Operations: Handle product samples, creator briefs, deadlines, and communication.
• 📈 Maximize ROI: Ensure each sample delivers the best return on investment.
• 🔍 Track Performance: Measure sales, clicks, and views—optimize strategies to push what works!
• 🏆 Create Incentives: Develop creative engagement strategies, rewards, and promotions to keep creators active and motivated.
• 🛡️ Ensure Brand Compliance: Maintain brand consistency and adhere to guidelines.
• 📊 Weekly Reporting: Share clear insights and next steps to ensure continued success.
• 📱 Community Management: Leverage your experience in managing and building TikTok Shop communities to drive brand engagement and growth.
• ⚙️ Automation Tools: Utilize advanced tools for affiliate management, outreach automation, and maintaining relationships with influencers.
