Laravel Developer to $2500

We are developing a free digital tool for farmers in Ghana. The platform delivers on-demand microlearning and AI-based crop support to improve coffee farming outcomes. We’re seeking a Laravel developer to help bring this platform to life. About the Project: This web app is not monetized and will be provided free of charge to farmers. Built with Laravel and hosted on AWS, it offers: Microlearning video/PDF content tailored to farming needs. AI chat support for topics like crop selection, soil prep, and harvesting. Admin management of users, content, and AI model settings. Role Requirements: Minimum 4 years of Laravel development experience. Strong command of English (written and verbal). Familiarity with PostgreSQL and PGVector extension. Availability for part-time collaboration (approx. 3 days/week) over 2-3 months. Must be comfortable working with detailed specs and technical guidance. Have experience of working with embeddings and OpenAI APIs Engagement Structure: This is a milestone-based project. To identify the best developer for long-term collaboration, we are starting with two paid test tasks and then are looking to hire someone for 2-3 months for development.

On skills we are require Laravel, Liwevire, Mysql, PostgreSQL, PGVector is PLUS.  ReactJs knowladge is PLUS.
