We are looking for an exceptional Operational Controller to join our team.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong systems thinking, a structured and analytical approach, a constant drive for optimization, and a genuine interest in implementing new tools for automation and control.

This person should possess a high sense of ownership, accountability, and persistence in promoting structured and disciplined procedures across the company.
They should be fully engaged, capable of regularly presenting the company’s operational performance — including analytics, graphs, and dashboards — to the Executive Board, and providing a clear picture of progress toward goals and compliance with procedures.

Experience in a similar position within an international company for at least 2 years is required.
English level: Fluent (C1 or higher).
 

Role Overview

The Operational Controller plays a key role in ensuring strategic alignment, financial discipline, and operational transparency across Everstake’s departments.
This position is not an assistant role — it is an independent analytical and coordination function, responsible for performance tracking, planning control, and strategic reporting.
 

Key Responsibilities
 

1. Strategic and Departmental Planning

  • Monitor the timely preparation and regular updates of departmental and project-level plans.
  • Ensure alignment between departmental strategies and overall company goals.
  • Track progress on strategic initiatives and key projects.

2. Performance Tracking and KPI Management

  • Develop and maintain systems to monitor plan execution and KPI achievement across teams and departments.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and analytical dashboards for top management.
  • Present performance summaries, trends, and insights to support data-driven decision-making.

3. Budget Control and Financial Oversight

  • Oversee the preparation and execution of budgets for teams, projects, and departments.
  • Analyze budget performance, identify deviations, and prepare reports on root causes and improvement areas.
  • Recommend optimizations for financial planning and cost management.

4. Motivation and Accountability Mechanisms

  • Develop and implement procedures linking performance, planning, and accountability.
  • Help establish transparent systems of motivation and corrective actions for non-compliance with planning, budgeting, or reporting standards.

5. Process Optimization and Communication

  • Collaborate with department heads to enhance planning, reporting, and control processes.
  • Work closely with C-level executives on strategic planning and translating company goals into measurable departmental objectives.
  • Ensure regular updates of tasks and progress tracking in the management board.
     

Requirements

  • Proven experience in operations management, business control, strategy execution, or corporate analytics.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting, KPI tracking, and performance management principles.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and executive teams.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, Notion, Power BI (or similar tools).
  • Fluent English (C1 or higher).
