UI/UX Designer (Sweepstakes Casino, US Market)

We’re a fast-growing startup in the iGaming space, preparing to launch a new sweepstakes casino brand for the US market in just 2.5 months.
We’re now building our core team, and this is a unique opportunity to join at the very start and shape both the product and the brand from the ground up.
Our project is fully compliant and “white”, with no blocking or legal risks.

What you’ll do

• Develop a design system, BrandBook, and full visual identity for the product.
• Create UI kits, user flows, and responsive designs for both web and mobile.
• Build interactive prototypes in Figma and collaborate closely with the product and development teams.
• Take ownership of graphic design tasks — banners, promo visuals, social media assets, email layouts, and in-game graphics.
• Apply principles of gamification, loyalty, and retention to enhance user engagement.

Position format

• This is a founding design role — you’ll be the only designer at the initial stage.
• You’ll have full freedom to build the design processes and define the product’s visual language.
• As the company grows, you’ll have the chance to lead and build your own design team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in UI/UX design and design system creation.
• Strong skills in Figma and prototyping.
• Understanding of UX patterns, user behavior, and engaging UI.
• Solid background in graphic design (banners, icons, illustrations, typography, composition).
• High attention to detail and visual consistency.

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming, sweepstakes, or entertainment platforms.
• Skills in animation and Storybook.
