We are a fast-growing company that runs several online platforms in information services and e-learning. Our main market is the U.S., and we are expanding into Europe and Asia. The company is 2 years old and has tripled in size this year.

About the Role

We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to build and deploy machine learning models and internal REST services in Python. These models will be used for fraud detection and personalization across our products.

Main Tasks

• Develop and train ML models for fraud detection and personalization.
• Build REST APIs in Python to serve model predictions.
• Work with structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Collaborate with backend and data teams to integrate models into production systems.
• Monitor and improve model performance over time.

Requirements

• Experience with Python and ML libraries (scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Strong preference for candidates with XGBoost experience.
• Experience building and deploying REST APIs.
• Good understanding of data preprocessing, model evaluation, and performance tuning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency is a plus but not required.
• Fluent Ukrainian is required.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Apache NiFi (data pipelines).
• Experience building fraud detection systems.
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms.
