Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads via LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, etc.;
- Build relationships and run discovery calls;
- Qualify leads, prepare proposals, negotiate, and close deals;
- Collaborate with internal teams and maintain reports.
Requirements:
- English β Upper-Intermediate or higher;
- Experience in B2B sales or lead generation (preferably in IT);
- Familiarity with CRM systems;
- Proactive, results-oriented, and self-disciplined.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Upwork/Clutch;
- Combined lead gen & sales experience.
