Data Analyst
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain company-wide dashboards for KPIs: acquisition, retention, LTV, churn, fulfillment, and satisfaction
- Develop and manage data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure clean, accurate data
- Partner with executives and functional leaders to define key business metrics and deliver actionable insights
- Conduct ad-hoc and cohort analyses to identify trends, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities
- Unify data from product, marketing, CRM, fulfillment, and financial systems into a single source of truth
- Build automated reporting systems and documentation for ongoing scalability
Who You Are
- 5+ years in Data Science, Analytics, or BI
- Proficient in SQL, Python, and data modeling (dbt or equivalent)
- Experienced with BI tools (Looker)
- Experienced with marketing analytics(Northbeam, GA)
- Experienced with product analytics tools (Amplitude, GA)
- Strong understanding of subscription e-commerce metrics and customer lifecycle data
- Capable of translating data into simple, actionable recommendations
- Comfortable operating independently in a remote, fast-moving environment
