Engineering Manager

About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our growing development team and drive delivery excellence in a regulated FinTech environment. You’ll manage up to 25 engineers, ensuring technical quality, compliance, and alignment with business goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years as an Engineering Manager or senior engineering leader.
• Experience in regulated FinTech, Banking, or Crypto environments.
• Strong knowledge of PCI DSS, GDPR, DORA compliance.
• Proven success with Agile/Scrum, microservices, containers, and IaC.
• Understanding of data pipelines and DWH integrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Fluent English and solid technical documentation abilities.
