We are a fast-growing company that runs several online platforms in information services and e-learning. Our main market is the U.S., and we’re expanding into Europe and Asia. The company is 2 years old and has tripled in size this year.
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with a strong understanding of the tech talent market. The role is fully remote, but candidates must be fluent in both Ukrainian and B1+ English.
You’ll own the full recruiting funnel up to the technical interview — sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. At that point, the technical interview will be handled by the company founder.
Main Tasks
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Own the recruiting funnel up to the technical stage.
- Post and manage job listings on platforms like Djinni, LinkedIn, Instagram, and WorkUA.
- Manage and optimize the recruiting budget (paid ads, sponsored listings, etc.).
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Fluent in Ukrainian and B1+ English (spoken and written).
- Strong understanding of technical roles (developers, designers, analysts, devops).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles at once.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
