Lead Generation Manager

Furthermore, we are currently looking for a Lead Generation Manager to join our team.

What’s important for us:

- 1+ years of experience in Sales or Lead Generation
- English level — С1-2
- Ability to write clear and professional client emails
- Skills in researching client information and creating personalized, high-converting messages
- Ability to communicate easily with developers and gather necessary project information
- Persistence and a results-oriented mindset

- You are based in Latin America or the United States

Responsibilities:

- Research market niches and analyze competitors
- Generate leads (via Upwork, LinkedIn)
- Research client information before meetings and help prepare developers for interviews
- Participate in creating marketing materials and presentations
- Optionally, take part in the entire pre-sale process up to deal closure
