Source profitable offers for resale, scale traffic via creators and media channels, and own ROI through rigorous tracking and budget optimization.

 

Responsibilities

  • Find CPI/CPL/CPA/RevShare offers (networks & direct), negotiate payouts, caps, GEOs, and test budgets.
  • Recruit bloggers/UGC creators, media buyers, communities, coupon sites, and ad networks; issue briefs, links, and terms.
  • Set up MMP (AppsFlyer/Adjust), UTMs, S2S postbacks, OneLink/deep links, SKAdNetwork; ensure deduplication and anti-fraud.
  • Own CAC/ROAS targets; daily pacing; reallocate spend by GEO/source/creative; run A/B tests on hooks, landers, and store pages.
  • Build dashboards (Looker/Data Studio/Metabase), deliver weekly insights and clear next actions.
  • Enforce brand/legal guidelines; monitor fraud (CTIT/MTTI anomalies), validate data integrity end-to-end.

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years in affiliate/performance marketing for mobile and web apps.
  • Hands-on with AppsFlyer/Affise/Admitad, S2S postbacks, UTMs, deep links, SKAdNetwork.
  • Channel experience: Meta, TikTok, Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, programmatic a plus.
  • Proven affiliate network experience and an active book of contacts (affiliate networks/aggregators, direct advertisers, publishers, bloggers, media buyers, agencies) you can activate immediately.
  • Strong Excel/Sheets; basic SQL is a plus; GA4/Mixpanel familiarity.
  • Proven negotiation, partner management, and creative testing chops.
  • English B2+, Ukrainian, Russian.
