Senior PPC/Performance Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Full management of advertising accounts (Meta / Google / TikTok, etc.)
- Ownership of the paid acquisition roadmap and daily project performance
- Budget planning, performance forecasting, and weekly/monthly reporting with insights and next steps
- Building and maintaining tracking systems, events, and conversion goals
- Running structured experiments โ scaling winning approaches and quickly eliminating ineffective ones
- Briefing creatives and landing pages to ensure fast testing and iteration cycles
- Collaboration with designers, content, analytics, and other internal teams
- Keeping ad accounts well-organized (structures, naming conventions, negatives, exclusions).
Requirements:
- 3โ5+ years of experience in PPC/performance marketing (agency or product side)
- Proven success cases in Google Ads and Meta (with performance metrics)
- Comfortable working from scratch (new pixels, new accounts, new markets)
- Data-driven mindset, clear communication, low ego, and a test-and-learn approach
- Experience communicating with international clients (English level B2+)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (2+).
