Project Manager (Middle, Web Content Projects) Offline
About the Role
Join our 25-person cross-functional agency team supporting a global web programme with 300+ brand websites.
The role’s current focus is managing a wave of regulatory-driven safety audits and remediation projects that are shallow in scope but high in volume.
Many client stakeholders (brand managers or regulatory contacts) are inexperienced with web delivery, so client pressure is common.
The PM must maintain clarity, professionalism, and a steady approach – remembering that a client’s perceived urgency is not always a true emergency.
Strong communication and expectation management are key, guiding clients through established processes even when they’re pushing requests as “ASAP.”
The work environment requires frequent context-switching across many small tasks.
The ideal candidate is resilient, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure, thriving in a high-traffic delivery setting.
Responsibilities
Own Delivery of Audit & Web Projects
Oversee end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of shallow-scope, fast-turnaround content projects (safety audit remediations and ongoing BAU updates). Ensure each request is completed accurately and on time despite tight timelines.
Review & Clarify Client Briefs
Receive and review project briefs. Clarify unclear requirements or missing information with the client before work begins to prevent misunderstandings.
Coordinate Internal Execution
Liaise with internal Content Authors, designers, and QA testers to ensure requested changes or updates are implemented correctly. Double-check outputs meet the brief and regulatory guidelines before presenting to the client.
Manage Timelines & Approvals
Create and track schedules for dozens of small tasks in parallel. Update trackers, chase feedback, and communicate risks to timeline or scope creep.
Client Communication & Stakeholder Management
Act as the day-to-day contact for brand and regulatory clients. Provide regular updates, set expectations, and maintain a calm tone even under pressure.
Scope Control & Pushback
When requests exceed scope or deadlines become unreasonable, push back constructively. Reference the project scope, suggest phased approaches, and document all scope or cost changes clearly.
Issue Escalation
Identify and escalate recurring issues or bottlenecks. Provide insights to improve team processes and playbooks.

2–4+ years of experience in digital project management or client success, preferably in a client-facing role.

This is a content delivery role, not a heavy technical development one.

Excellent written and verbal English. Able to write clear, polite updates and confidently explain process constraints or push back when needed.
High Volume Task Management:
Ability to juggle a large volume of small projects simultaneously.
Exceptional organization and prioritization under tight deadlines.
Comfort with Ambiguity:
Proactive when facing vague or incomplete inputs. Knows how to clarify requirements and guide clients.

Stays calm and professional under stress. Handles urgency and frustration without taking it personally.
