AI Engineer

Trinetix is looking for a skilled AI Engineer. 

We are looking for an AI Engineer to design and build intelligent solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI. The role involves working with LangGraph, RAG pipelines, and multi-modal models, leveraging Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Speech, and Azure AI Foundry. You will apply advanced prompt engineering and agentic frameworks like A2A, AG-UI, and MCP to enhance the performance and scalability of AI-driven applications. 

Requirements 

• Proven experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI 
• Strong hands-on skills with Python 
• Practical experience with Azure OpenAI and related Azure AI services (e.g., Azure AI Speech, Azure AI Foundry) 
• Solid understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, including vector databases and hybrid search techniques 
• Familiarity with LangGraph or similar agentic frameworks 
• Experience designing and optimizing prompts using advanced prompt engineering techniques 

Nice-to-haves 

• Experience with multi-modal AI models (text, image, or speech) 
• Knowledge of AG-UI, A2A, or MCP frameworks/tools 
• Background in building scalable AI-driven solutions on Microsoft Azure 
• Strong understanding of AI application orchestration and workflow automation 

Core Responsibilities 

• Apply expertise in modern agentic frameworks such as LangGraph to build and optimize LLM-powered systems 
• Leverage advanced prompt engineering to fine-tune and improve model performance across diverse tasks 
• Work hands-on with multi-modal generative AI models, integrating text, speech, and visual capabilities 
• Develop and optimize RAG pipelines using vector databases and hybrid search to enhance knowledge retrieval 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and deploy AI-driven applications within the Azure ecosystem
