Chief Operating Officer (COO)

We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to build and optimize cross-functional processes between country managers and centralized functions (Finance, Legal, HR, etc.).

We seek an experienced leader with a strong background in operational management within the iGaming industry.
 

Responsibilities

• Manage operational and administrative functions of the business.
• Oversee all aspects of operations, including finance, legal, HR product development, and technical infrastructure. Ensure operational efficiency through regular team meetings, task tracking, and deadline monitoring.
• Drive international growth and expand our operations in global markets.
• Build and lead a high-performing team to execute the company’s strategic objectives.
• Ensure financial sustainability and growth of the company, including budgeting and financial resource management.
• Develop and continuously improve business processes.
   

Requirements

• At least 3 years of senior leadership experience, preferably in online casino/iGaming.
• Deep understanding of the casino industry and current market trends.
• Experience in international startups and knowledge of the global iGaming landscape.
• Proven track record of launching projects from scratch and/or leading major initiatives within companies.
• Strong background in project management.
• Solid understanding of business processes in commercially driven companies.
