Where We Are (Pre-Launch)

“We’re in pre-launch — the product is not live yet. Our goal is to build a scalable iGaming platform and prepare a clean entry into new markets. We’re setting up the operating system now: processes, payments (fiat/crypto), compliance, people, dashboards, and everything that will make launch day repeatable and calm. If you like building from 0→1 and turning chaos into clarity, this is the moment to join.”

 

What you will be doing

  • Own the operating system 0→1: design RASCI, processes, SLAs, and a Launch Playbook; keep the weekly/quarterly rhythm (OKRs, reviews, updates).
  • Run day-to-day ops: align Product/Marketing/CRM/Payments/CS, clear blockers, keep hand-offs tight and decisions fast.
  • Finance & reporting: budgeting, P&L, cash flow, month-end close; map PSPs (fiat/crypto), payouts, and anti-fraud routines.
  • People & org: hiring plan, onboarding, performance rituals; build transparent KPIs/grades for a distributed team.
  • Compliance & risk: KYC/AML policies, contracts & documentation, vendor management (selection → SLAs → risk register).
  • Data-driven decisions: stand up dashboards and improve GGR, NGR, ROI, ARPU, Retention/Churn, CAC/LTV.

 

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • You’ve built or run operations end-to-end (finance, HR, processes, reporting) and enjoy hands-on work.
  • You think in metrics and act on dashboards (GGR, NGR, ROI, ARPU, CAC/LTV, retention).
  • You’re comfortable at growth stages where formal processes don’t exist yet.
  • You communicate crisply, align stakeholders, and keep momentum.
  • You’ve led distributed teams and prefer ownership to micromanagement.
  • English B2+; other languages are a plus.
  • Industry background in iGaming / FinTech / eCommerce / digital is a strong bonus — but we value builders and potential, too.
