We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Expert Witness Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll identify, engage, and recruit top industry professionals to serve as expert witnesses for ongoing and upcoming legal cases. You’ll combine research, outreach, and relationship-building skills to grow and maintain a network of high-caliber experts across diverse technical and scientific fields.

📍 Remote
🕗 Monday to Friday, 7:00-4:00 AM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT)

What You’ll Do

• Source and recruit qualified experts from academia, industry, and research institutions for patent and litigation projects
• Conduct online research to identify potential candidates with relevant expertise
• Communicate with experts via email, phone, and LinkedIn to assess availability and fit
• Manage relationships with experts and maintain accurate records in our internal CRM system
• Collaborate with project managers and client teams to understand specific case requirements
• Ensure timely expert matching and support the onboarding process
• Track outreach metrics and continuously improve sourcing strategies and methods

What We’re Looking For

• Upper-intermediate or advanced English (spoken & written)
• Experience in recruiting, research, or talent sourcing (legal, scientific, or technical industries preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
• Comfortable using Google Sheets, LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Nice to Have

• Experience recruiting for expert witnesses, legal professionals, or technical consultants
• Background in IP, law, or STEM fields
