Performance marketing specialist to $2000
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and optimize digital advertising strategies across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing performance campaigns with measurable results. We are looking for a new teammate to join our team in the beautiful city of Lviv
Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development & Campaign Management
Develop and execute performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Launch and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
Build and scale performance funnels to meet key metrics (CPA, CPL, ROAS).
2. Media Buying & Budget Management
Distribute and manage advertising budgets across channels.
Forecast costs and ensure efficient budget allocation.
Conduct A/B tests for creatives, audience segments, and landing pages.
3. Analytics & Tracking
Set up and utilize Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and CRM systems.
Create dashboards and reports in Power BI or other BI tools.
Conduct cross-channel analytics and lead attribution tracking.
4. Creative & Hypothesis Testing
Create briefs for designers and copywriters.
Test and analyze new content formats (UGC, Reels, Shorts, native ads).
5. Optimization & Automation
Improve efficiency and reduce CAC while maintaining healthy LTV:CAC ratios.
Automate advertising processes using scripts, rules, and APIs.
Collaborate with Sales, SMM, Product, and SEO teams to align strategies.
Participate in overall marketing planning and strategy sessions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing ad campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Programmatic DSP platforms.
- Strong skills in Web Analytics: GA4, GTM, event & conversion setup.
- Working knowledge of SQL / BigQuery for data queries and reports.
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (KPI calculations, automated formulas).
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
- Understanding of key metrics: CAC, LTV, ROAS, ROMI.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JS for tracking and landing page adjustments.
- Experience with ad automation tools such as Google Ads scripts, Zapier, or n8n.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Power BI or other visualization tools.
- Knowledge of API integrations for marketing automation.
