We are looking for a skilled IT Recruiter to join our team in our Kyiv office.
Requirements:
— 3+ years experience in IT recruitment
— Excellent communication and negotiation skills
— An expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing , job analysis, and relationship management
— Strong background in active recruitment
— Able to handle multitasking effectively
— Active and goal-oriented
— Self-motivated and flexible
— Team player

Responsibilities:
— Collaborate and consult with the businesses to identify job requirements and develop effective the position profiles and candidate specs that most effectively market the opportunity
— Develop dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and candidates in order to find the best talent
— Headhunt and close senior and/or executive level candidates
