Affiliate Manager

Kraken Leads a dynamic company with Ukrainian roots, providing comprehensive SEO solutions for iGaming products for over 6 years.

 

We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Affiliate Manager to join our dynamic iGaming team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building long-term partnerships, negotiating win-win deals, and driving business growth through strategic collaborations. You’ll work closely with our content and SEO teams to launch and scale profitable projects across multiple GEOs.

 

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience on Affiliate Manager role;
  • Proven experience in partner and advertiser acquisition, including outreach, negotiations, and deal closure;
  • Strong understanding of the SEO and Affiliate markets in highly competitive niches, especially iGaming;
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and TDS / traffic tracking tools (e.g. Keitaro or similar);
  • Solid knowledge of basic deal models (CPL, CPA, RevShare, Hybrid) and how they vary by GEO;
  • Ability to work with traffic statistics and conversion metrics, analyze data, and provide performance insights.
  • English level β€” Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher; additional languages will be a plus.

     

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full cycle of partner relations β€” from initial outreach and negotiations to signing agreements and maintaining long-term cooperation;
  • Re-establish and strengthen collaboration with previous partners; initiate and secure improved terms of cooperation;
  • Research and identify new partners, advertisers, and brands for upcoming website launches or specific GEO requests;
  • Develop and process incoming and outgoing partnership requests; maintain an active database of deals and financial settlements;
  • Negotiate and sign fixed agreements (including paid placements and content-based partnerships);
  • Coordinate with the content team to ensure timely placement and optimization of materials, aiming to achieve top ranking positions;
  • Work with tracking systems (Keitaro or similar) to manage referral links, postbacks, and performance analytics;
  • Monitor and calculate statistics across websites after verification periods, ensuring data accuracy and financial transparency;
  • Keep offers and deals up-to-date, ensuring relevance and profitability for both sides.
