Motion Designer

We’re looking for a talented Video Designer who can turn ideas into eye-catching, high-performing videos.

If you know how to create content that not only looks great but actually drives results — we’d love to meet you.

🔧 Responsibilities:

Create video creatives, animations, and short ads for Facebook, Google, and Instagram

Animate static visuals and bring them to life through motion

Work with AI tools (deepfake, MidJourney, Krea, Photoshop AI, etc.)

Prepare multiple versions of creatives for A/B testing

Optimize videos for different platforms and ad formats

Collaborate with the marketing team to produce visuals that truly convert

💡 Requirements:

6+ months of experience in video or motion design (experience in crypto / affiliate marketing is a strong plus)

Confident in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop

Strong sense of composition, rhythm, and color

Experience using AI tools for content creation and enhancement

Responsible, detail-oriented, fast, and focused on quality
