The Role

Director of Marketing (player-coach). You own strategy and roll up your sleeves to ship. Your North Star: brand visibility, acquisition, activation, retention, and marketplace liquidity. You speak the language of real-estate investors/agents/wholesalers today — and build foundations for tomorrow’s verticals.
 

Responsibilities (everything preserved)

Strategy & GTM

  • Review and update own go-to-market, positioning, and messaging for iSpeedToLead.
  • Create/refine ICPs & buyer personas for real estate (investors, wholesalers, agents) and future verticals.
  • Prioritize growth channels: content, SEO/SEM, paid social/Google Ads, lifecycle/e-mail, referrals, partnerships, events.
  • Build a scalable demand-gen engine that feeds the sales pipeline and improves marketplace liquidity.

Brand & Category

  • Cement iSpeedToLead as the category leader in PropTech lead-gen.
  • Sharpen tone of voice, storytelling, and value prop for investors, agents, and suppliers.
  • Drive thought leadership: research, case studies, success stories.

Campaigns & Growth

  • Launch, test, and optimize multi-channel campaigns: SEO/SEM, social, e-mail, content, affiliate/partner, influencer, referral.
  • Apply cohort marketing & A/B testing across the full funnel (acquisition → activation → retention → revenue).
  • With Product & Sales, run a tight feedback loop: market insights → roadmap → messaging.

Data, AI & Reporting

  • Use AI-driven tooling and advanced analytics to optimize funnels and LTV.
  • Own KPIs: CAC, LTV, LTV/CAC, pipeline contribution, lead quality, activation rate, retention/reactivation, marketplace liquidity, and revenue impact.
  • Build dashboards & attribution (MMM/MTA); report insights to leadership.

Team & Partnerships

  • Hire, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team (in-house + freelancers/agencies: design, copy, media buying, PR, events).
  • Build and strengthen strategic partnerships and affiliate programs to accelerate growth and defensibility.

Your Profile

  • 7+ years in B2B SaaS/marketplaces/lead-gen (ideally Real Estate / PropTech), with aggressive growth at scale (1→10).
  • Executive-level experience (Senior Marketing Leader/CMO track): strategy, P&L thinking, goal ownership.
  • Deep channel expertise: SEO/SEM, paid social, lifecycle/e-mail, content, affiliates, influencers, referrals.
  • Strong cohort/unit economics mindset: CAC, LTV, payback, incrementality, attribution.
  • AI/analytics power user: CDP/BI, experimentation platforms, event instrumentation, end-to-end analytics.
  • Messaging & storytelling pro for real-estate audiences.
  • Startup DNA: scrappy, fast, hands-on player-coach; excellent cross-functional chops with Sales, Product, Data, AI.
  • Confident English (U.S. market focus).

  • 🚀 Lower CAC, higher LTV/CAC, shorter payback.
  • 🧲 Higher conversion rates across the funnel (lead → activation → revenue), improved lead quality.
