Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities
1.Customer Journey and Email Marketing 
oDraft engaging newsletters and email campaigns, including layout creation.
oMonitor performance and analyze the effectiveness of email campaigns.
oDevelop, plan, and execute email marketing strategies.
oEnsure optimal email delivery and maintain domain reputation.
oSegment and manage the email database for targeted campaigns.
2.CRM Management
oDraft engaging email campaigns, including layout creation.
oMonitor performance and analyse the effectiveness of marketing channels.
oDevelop, plan, and execute Sales dashboard and reports.
oEnsure optimal use of the CRM system.
oSegment and manage investors' CRM contacts database for targeted campaigns.
oSupport the sales team by creating detailed CRM-based functionality.
3.Social Media Marketing
oManage and oversee activities on social media platforms (text creation not required).
oPublish posts regularly (using provided content).
oEngage interactions and visitors' activities
oEnlarge group membership
oPublish posts in various groups
4.Platform Content Management
oUpdate and maintain content across platforms, ensuring timely and accurate publication, including HTML and visual elements.
oProduce landing pages (WordPress).
oPublish articles in various platforms 
5.Project management - Approval and Coordination
oOversee the internal approval process for content and designs.
oCollaborate with business teams, designers, translators, and proofreaders to meet deadlines.
oProvide updates, materials, and support to team members for ongoing projects.

Key Skills Required
1.A minimum of 3 years of experience as Marketing Specialist 
2.Expertise in email marketing strategies and technologies (Smoove, MixMax, Mailchimp)
3.Proficiency in using  CRM system, advantage for customization abilities   (Monday)
4.Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS
5.Strong organizational and project management abilities.
6.Exceptional coordination skills to work effectively with different teams (marketing, product, business, sales, finance) to gather all required information.
7.Good knowledge of content editors and Content Management Systems (CMS such WordPress).
8.Excellent communication skills in English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher).
9.Knowledge of Integration and Automation tools (Zapier, Make).
